If your vehicle stays in the workshop for a longer service, you don't have to be without transport. By arrangement, you can use a loaner / replacement vehicle while we work on your car.
Usage terms are agreed in advance, before the vehicle is dropped off. No complicated procedure — just a clear arrangement tailored to your situation.

Do you give a warranty on your work?
Yes. A warranty certificate comes with every invoice. The exact period depends on the part and the job — it's on the written quote before we start.
What car makes do you service?
We're specialists in Citroen and Peugeot, but we service every brand — German (VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Opel), Italian (Fiat, Alfa), Japanese (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda), Korean (Hyundai, Kia), Czech (Škoda), Swedish (Volvo), American (Ford, Jeep) and more. Every vehicle up to 3.5 t.
What does a diagnostic check cost?
If we do the repair, the diagnosis is free. If you take it elsewhere, we charge our hourly rate — we tell you the price upfront.
How long does a service take?
The duration depends on the make and model of the vehicle. A basic service usually takes 1–4 hours, depending on the vehicle and the scope of work. For larger repairs, we schedule an appointment and agree on the expected timeframe before starting the work.
What if something still isn't right after the repair?
Bring the car back. If it's under warranty and related to what we did, we fix it again at no charge.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes, for shorter jobs. If it'll be longer, we tell you in advance — you decide whether to wait or come back.
Do you work on every make?
Yes: German, French, Italian, Japanese and American brands. OBD-II coverage runs from 1996 onwards.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
For small things (fluid check, warning light, quick look) — anytime. For service or bigger repairs, please call ahead so we're free.
